Shouichi frowned in irritation as Byakuran pushed his new headphones out of his reach. The man was lucky it hadn't slid completely off the desk or Shouichi would really be pissed. The technician sighed, turning around to regard his superior and his request. The look in the man's eyes told him that Byakuran wasn't asking for a simple by-your-leave.

Shouichi wasn't going to give in that easily, not if it was...not if it was the last time they could do this.

"I've already filed the paperwork for this but if you insist..." He got off the couch and stood in front of him stiffly, then bowed low. "I'm going to Japan, Byakuran-san, with your permission."
